Dr. Tiapa is DensCare’s endodontist. His specialty covers the diagnosis and treatment of the inside of the tooth and the tissues surrounding the root tip: root canal treatments, re-treatments of previously failed work, and microsurgery (apicectomies) — all performed under an operating microscope with over 15 years of specialized clinical experience.
His role within the DensCare team is central: many complex cases require resolving the endodontic component first — infections, fractures, failed previous treatments — before proceeding with periodontal surgery, implant placement, or the final restoration. Dr. Tiapa establishes the initial diagnosis and coordinates the treatment plan with the other specialists.
Extensive clinical background: reliable diagnostic judgment, predictable management of complex cases and consistent results.
Communicates findings clearly — even when it means pointing out errors from previous treatments.
Turns intimidating procedures into comfortable, pain-free experiences.
Precise anesthesia and gentle technique on every single procedure.
Structured check-ups until healing and outcomes are confirmed as expected.
Warmth, patience and respectful treatment recognized by patients as consistently as technical skill.
